Morwell Avenue Apartments

Architecture Caisson proposed an apartment building composed of balanced and articulated façades using materials that evoke a soft residential character. The residences embrace their verdant surrounds with sun-drenched outdoor areas and large expanses of glazing. Through these strategies, the overall design seeks a soft residential language that is respectful of the sensitivity of its site.
